The breakfast was nice with fresh coffee and hot items like eggs to choose from. The room was enjoyable, and the bed was comfy. The location was fantastic, really close to Edmond, Quail Springs Baptist Church, and eating places.

It's FINE pet-friendly hotel with very kind staff.

The employees of the hotel were really kind and very nice. The location turned out to be marvellous and enjoyable, close enough to local restaurants, Edmond, and many stores. Food was decent and good, liked it.

Great location, with restaurants, downtown, wedding venues, stores. The breakfast was warm and included sausages, eggs, and other hot items.

The hotel was in a great and incredible location near to Edmond, Oklahoma and other Sleep Inn for what we wanted it for. Truly enjoyed our room, it was quiet.

The beds are great, and the location is fantastic near a popular Choice Hotels property close to Quail Springs mall.

The property was clean, the room was large. The hotel had nice hot breakfasts with hot items including eggs and sausage and fresh coffee. The really friendly and super friendly staff provided all the necessary info.

Great breakfast included and the staff is super friendly 😊. The neighborhood is pretty peaceful, the location is top-notch, very close to a local church and tons of dining options around.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, in a safe area. It was also just off eating places and franchise and local restaurants and tournament. My queen room was well-organised. The breakfast was hot with including eggs and sausage, as example, the best I had in Edmond.

Unfortunately, there was no bar.

The location was great and fantastic, not too far away from Sky Zone Trampoline Park Amusement Center. The pool was heated, the staff here was nice. The food was decent and there were a wide array of dishes in the menu.

Facilities were nice, however Wi-Fi was horrible.

I liked every detail about my one-night stay here. The staff were competent and friendly during my entire stay. The location was fantastic, right next door to stores, downtown, and a restaurant.

It was in a great and enjoyable location really close to Quail Springs Baptist Church. The breakfasts for the value. The most important was the staff - courteous and pleasant people. The stay in this incredibly friendly hotel was wonderful and we will be back.

I always have a great stay at Sleep Inn & Suites Edmond Near University. The facilities are clean, and the hot breakfast, with eggs and sausage, is a nice touch. The heated pool is a bonus. The hotel's location is fantastic, surrounded by local restaurants and stores. It's a quiet building, which is perfect for tournaments and everything I need to take care of.
